Tools & Integrations
Overview
The Tools section provides administrative utilities and integration settings. It includes tools for managing scheduled (delayed) messages across channels and managing API access keys for external integrations.
How to Access
- Navigate to Settings > Company
- Click the Tools tab
- Requires the Channels Admin role and an active subscription
Interface Overview
The Tools tab has a two-panel layout:
- Left sidebar: Navigation between Delayed Messages and Integrations
- Right content area: Displays the selected tool's interface
Delayed Messages Section
- Title and description of the tool
- A table listing all channels with their pending scheduled message counts
- Each row shows:
- Channel icon (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram)
- Channel name and description
- Number of scheduled messages
- Delete button (or a "No Access" indicator for unauthorized users)
Integrations Section
- Title and description
- API Key management:
- A masked token display with Show/Hide toggle
- A "Get Token" button if no token has been generated
Features & Actions
View Scheduled Messages Report
What it does: Displays how many delayed/scheduled messages are pending for each connected channel.
Steps:
- Go to Tools > Delayed Messages
- Review the table showing each channel and its scheduled message count
Delete Scheduled Messages for a Channel
What it does: Permanently deletes all pending scheduled messages for a specific channel.
Steps:
- In the Delayed Messages table, click the delete (trash) icon next to the channel
- A confirmation dialog appears with the message: "Are you sure you want to delete all scheduled messages for [channel name]?"
- Click Delete to confirm, or Close to cancel
- The table refreshes to show updated counts
Important notes:
- This action is irreversible; all scheduled messages for the channel are permanently deleted
- Only users with the Global Admin role can perform this action
- Users without the Global Admin role see a "No Access" indicator instead of the delete button
View API Key
What it does: Displays your API token for use with external integrations.
Steps:
- Go to Tools > Integrations
- If a token exists, it is shown masked (asterisks)
- Click Show to reveal the actual token
- Click Hide to mask it again
Generate API Key
What it does: Retrieves or generates an API token for authenticating external API calls.
Steps:
- Go to Tools > Integrations
- If no token is shown, click Get Token
- If you are already authenticated, the token is displayed immediately
- If not authenticated, you are redirected to the login flow to authorize
Important notes:
- The token shown is an access token that can be used to authenticate external API calls
- Keep this token secure; it provides access to your account's API
- If you suspect the token has been compromised, contact your administrator

FAQ
Q: What are delayed/scheduled messages? A: These are messages that have been queued to be sent at a future time. They are typically created by automation rules, chatbots, or manual scheduling.
Q: Why can't I delete scheduled messages? A: The delete action requires the Global Admin role. If you see a "No Access" icon, contact your organization's admin.
Q: What can I do with the API token? A: The API token allows external applications to authenticate with Aurora's API on your behalf. It can be used for custom integrations, automation, or connecting third-party tools.
Q: Is the Storage tool available? A: The Storage management tool is currently under development and not yet available in the interface.
