FAQ

Q: What are delayed/scheduled messages? A: These are messages that have been queued to be sent at a future time. They are typically created by automation rules, chatbots, or manual scheduling.

Q: Why can't I delete scheduled messages? A: The delete action requires the Global Admin role. If you see a "No Access" icon, contact your organization's admin.

Q: What can I do with the API token? A: The API token allows external applications to authenticate with Aurora's API on your behalf. It can be used for custom integrations, automation, or connecting third-party tools.

Q: Is the Storage tool available? A: The Storage management tool is currently under development and not yet available in the interface.
