Aurora Ventas: dashboard and navigation
Overview
Aurora Ventas (Aurora Sales) is the workspace where your entire commercial operation lives: orders, quotes, products and inventory, alongside the catalog settings. It's a space separate from the Inbox — you switch between the two with the workspace switcher — so your sales team gets its own navigation without losing the context of conversations.
When you enter, the first thing you see is the Summary: a dashboard with the key indicators for the month. From there you navigate to any section with the sidebar.
How to Access
- Open the workspace switcher (top left) and choose Aurora Ventas ("Orders, quotes, products, and inventory").
- You land on the Summary (
/sales). - The selection is remembered: next time you enter, Aurora takes you straight to the workspace you were in.
- Required role: any user with access to Sales. Some actions (imports, emptying the catalog) are reserved for administrators.
Interface Overview
The Sales workspace has two areas:
- Navigation bar (left rail) — grouped into two blocks:
- Operation — Orders and Quotes.
- Catalog — Products and Inventory.
- At the top, the Summary; at the bottom, the link to catalog Settings.
- Content area — whatever section you have open.
To go back from Sales to the Inbox you use the workspace switcher again; the "← Ventas" link inside the screens returns you to the Sales rail, not to the Inbox.
The Summary
The Summary is the landing dashboard. Its subtitle sums it up: "The pulse of your sales operation this month." It's made up of four indicators (KPIs) and a list of recent orders.
Indicators
| Indicator | What it measures |
|---|---|
| Sales this month | Total invoiced in confirmed orders for the current month, in your dominant currency. |
| Open orders | How many orders are pending fulfillment and collection. |
| Quotes about to expire | Valid quotes that expire in the next 7 days. |
| Low stock | How many variants are below their reorder threshold. |
Each card is independent: if a data source fails, that card shows a dash and the rest of the dashboard keeps working.
Recent orders
Below the indicators, Recent orders shows the latest orders (number, customer, total, and status). The View all link takes you to the full orders list.
First use
If you don't have any orders or quotes yet, the Summary shows a welcome state — "Your sales operation starts here" — inviting you to create your first order or load your catalog.

FAQ
Q: Why don't I see the Sales workspace? A: Your user may not have access to the module, or your plan may not include it. Ask an administrator to enable it.
Q: Does "Sales this month" include drafts? A: No. It only counts confirmed orders for the current month. Drafts don't affect the indicator.
Q: Does the Summary update on its own? A: It recalculates each time you enter the section. If you record an order or a payment, go back to the Summary to see up-to-date numbers.
