Integrations Overview

Overview

The Integrations page displays all available third-party applications that can be connected to your Aurora Inbox account. Integrations extend the capabilities of your inbox by connecting with external platforms such as Facebook Lead Ads, TikTok Lead Ads, and more. Each integration card shows whether it is currently connected or not.

How to Access

  • Navigate to Sidebar > Tools > Integrations
  • A back button in the top-right corner returns you to the Tools hub
  • Required role: Channels Administrator (to access integration details and connect)

Interface Overview

The main screen displays a grid of integration cards arranged in rows. Each card shows:

  • The integration icon (loaded from the app code)
  • The integration name
  • A green Connected badge with a checkmark if the integration is already linked to your account
  • Users without the Channels Administrator role see a yellow lock icon indicating restricted access

View Available Integrations

What it does: Shows all third-party apps registered in the Aurora Inbox platform that can be connected to your account.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to Tools > Integrations
  2. Browse the grid of available integration cards
  3. Connected integrations display a green "Connected" badge

Important notes:

  • The list of available integrations may vary based on your account configuration

Open Integration Details

What it does: Navigates to the detail page for a specific integration where you can connect or disconnect it.

Steps:

  1. Click on an integration card name or icon
  2. You will be taken to the integration detail page

Important notes:

  • Only users with the Channels Administrator role can click through to the detail page
  • Users without this role see the card but cannot interact with it (a yellow lock icon is displayed)

Important Notes

  • Only Channels Administrator users can navigate to integration details and manage connections
  • Non-authorized users see a warning icon with an "Unauthorized Access" tooltip

FAQ

Q: Why can I see an integration but cannot click on it? A: You do not have the Channels Administrator role. Contact your account administrator to request access.

Q: How do I know if an integration is already connected? A: Connected integrations display a green "Connected" badge with a checkmark on their card.

Q: Where do I find the integrations page? A: Go to Tools in the sidebar, then click Integrations.
