Company Information
Overview
The Company Information screen lets administrators view and edit the organization's core details, including the company name, default language, and timezone. These settings affect the entire organization, including default language for new users and the timezone used for business hours and scheduled messages.
How to Access
- Navigate to Settings > Company
- Click the Profile tab
- Requires the Billing Admin role and an active subscription
Interface Overview
The Company page header displays:
- A building icon with the current company name
- A help button in the top-right corner
- Tabbed navigation for Profile, Users, Channels, Properties, Subscription, Business Hours, Auto-Reply, and Tools
The Profile tab shows:
- Company Name (read-only by default)
- Language selector
- Timezone selector
- Edit, Submit, and Cancel buttons
Features & Actions
View Company Information
What it does: Displays the current company name, language, and timezone settings.
Steps:
- Go to Settings > Company > Profile tab
- View the current values for Company Name, Language, and Timezone
Edit Company Information
What it does: Updates the company name, default language, and timezone for the entire organization.
Steps:
- Click the Edit button
- The fields become editable:
- Company Name becomes a text input (pre-filled with current name)
- Language selector becomes active
- Timezone selector becomes active
- Make your changes
- Click Submit to save, or Cancel to discard
Important notes:
- The Company Name field is required
- Both Language and Timezone must be selected for the form to submit
- Changes take effect immediately for the entire organization
- After saving, the company header updates to show the new name

FAQ
Q: Will changing the company language change the language for all users? A: No. The company language sets the default for new users and system-level communications. Existing users retain their individual language preferences.
Q: Who can edit company information? A: Only users with the Billing Admin role can access and edit the Company Profile tab.
Q: What timezone should I choose? A: Select the timezone where your main office operates. This timezone is used for business hours and scheduled messages.
