Business Hours
Overview
Business Hours lets you define your organization's working hours for each day of the week. These hours are used by the system to determine availability windows for features like auto-replies, AI agent behavior, and scheduling.
How to Access
- Navigate to Settings > Company
- Click the Business Hours tab
- Requires the Channels Admin role and an active subscription
Interface Overview
The Business Hours section displays:
- A table with one row per day of the week (Monday through Sunday)
- Columns for:
- Day: Day of the week
- Start: Opening time
- End: Closing time
- Actions: Edit (pencil icon), Save (disk icon), and Cancel (X icon)
Each row shows either:
- The configured start and end times (e.g., "9:00" and "18:00")
- Double dashes ("--") if no hours are set for that day (indicating the office is closed)
Features & Actions
View Business Hours
What it does: Displays the current business hours for each day of the week.
Steps:
- Go to Settings > Company > Business Hours tab
- Review the table showing start and end times for each day
Edit Business Hours for a Day
What it does: Modifies the opening and closing hours for a specific day.
Steps:
- Click the pencil icon next to the day you want to edit
- The Start and End columns become time pickers
- Use the time pickers to set the desired hours and minutes
- Click the save icon to save the changes
- Or click the cancel icon to discard changes
Important notes:
- Only one day can be edited at a time
- Both start and end times must be set, or both must be cleared
- Setting both to empty (null) marks the day as closed
- If only one time is provided (start without end, or vice versa), an error message "Horario invalido" (Invalid schedule) is displayed
Mark a Day as Closed
What it does: Removes business hours for a specific day, indicating the office is closed.
Steps:
- Click the pencil icon next to the day
- Clear both the Start and End time pickers
- Click the save icon
- The day now shows "--" for both start and end times

Q: What timezone do business hours use? A: Business hours use the company timezone configured in the Company Information settings.
Q: Can I set different hours for the same day (e.g., split shifts)? A: Currently, each day supports a single continuous time range. Split shifts are not supported.

Q: Can I set 24-hour availability for a day? A: Yes. Set the start time to 00:00 and the end time to 23:59.
