FAQ

Q: Can I use the same template in both workflows and broadcasts? A: Yes. Templates are reusable across workflows (Template Message step) and broadcast campaigns.

Q: What file types can I attach? A: You can attach images (JPG, PNG), videos (MP4), and documents (PDF) up to 20 MB in size.

Q: How do variable placeholders look when the message is sent? A: Placeholders are replaced with actual values. For example, a placeholder for the contact's name would display the recipient's actual name in the sent message.
