Broadcast

Overview

Broadcast allows you to send bulk messages to multiple contacts at once. You can create campaigns to reach your audience with announcements, promotions, or follow-ups via WhatsApp. Each broadcast tracks its status from draft through sending to completion, and you can monitor delivery results for each campaign.

How to Access

  • Navigate to Broadcast
  • Required role: Admin

Interface Overview

The Broadcast page displays:

  • A header with the page title and an + Add New button
  • A Channel selector to filter broadcasts by messaging channel
  • A data table listing all broadcasts with columns:
    • Name — The campaign name
    • Status — Current state (Draft, New, Sending, Done, Failed, Cancelled)
    • Date — When the broadcast was created or scheduled
    • Actions — Menu with Edit, Copy, and Delete options
  • Pagination controls for navigating through large lists
