Team Performance Report
Overview
The Team Performance report gives you insight into how your teams handle sales opportunities. Track total opportunities, won versus lost deals, and see how opportunities are distributed across stages, team members, and statuses. Use this report to identify top performers and optimize your sales pipeline.
How to Access
- Navigate to Reports in the sidebar menu.
- Select the Teams tab.
- Available to admins and supervisors.
Interface Overview
The page has three sections:
- Filter bar (top): Team selector, agent selector, and date range picker.
- Opportunities chart (main area): A column chart showing opportunity volume over time, with headline metrics for total, lost, and won opportunities.
- Pie charts (bottom row): Three pie/donut charts showing:
- Active opportunities by stage
- Active opportunities by user (team member)
- Lost vs. Won opportunities
Features & Actions
Select a Team
What it does: Filters all data to show metrics for a specific team.
Steps:
- Click the Team dropdown at the top.
- Select a team from the list.
- All charts and metrics refresh automatically.
Important notes:
- The first team in your list is selected by default when you open the page.
- You must select a team to view data. If no team is selected, no data is shown.
Filter by Agent
What it does: Narrows opportunity data to those owned by a specific team member.
Steps:
- Click the Agent dropdown.
- Select a team member, or choose All to see the full team.
- Data refreshes automatically.
Change Date Range
What it does: Changes the reporting period.
Steps:
- Click the date range picker.
- Select your desired start and end dates.
- Charts update automatically.
View Opportunity Trends
What it does: The main column chart shows opportunity creation volume over time.
Details:
- Header metrics show the total number of opportunities, lost opportunities, and won opportunities for the selected period.
- The chart groups data by day, week, month, or quarter depending on the date range.
- Click on a bar to drill down (if supported).
Analyze Stage Distribution
What it does: The "Active Opportunities by Stage" pie chart shows how your active deals are spread across your funnel stages.
- Hover over a slice to see the exact count and percentage.
- Use this to identify bottlenecks in your pipeline.
Analyze Per-Agent Workload
What it does: The "Active Opportunities by User" pie chart shows how many active deals each team member owns.
- Hover over a slice to see agent name, count, and percentage.
- Use this to balance workload across team members.
Review Win/Loss Ratio
What it does: The "Lost/Won Opportunities" pie chart shows the ratio of deals marked as won versus lost.
- Helps you evaluate overall conversion effectiveness.
Fields Reference

| Lost | Number of opportunities marked as lost |
| Won | Number of opportunities marked as won |
| Active by Stage | Count of active (open) opportunities in each pipeline stage |
| Active by User | Count of active opportunities per team member |
Important Notes
- The pie charts reflect the current state of active opportunities, not just those created in the date range.
- If a team has no opportunities, the charts will be empty.
FAQ
Q: Why do I not see any data? A: Make sure you have selected a team from the dropdown. If the team has no opportunities in the selected date range, the charts will be empty.
Q: How are Won and Lost defined? A: Opportunities move to Won or Lost status when they reach a funnel stage that has been configured as Won or Lost in the team's stage settings.
Q: Can I compare two teams side by side? A: Not directly. You can switch between teams using the dropdown and compare the metrics manually.
