Funnel Board

Overview

The Funnel Board is a kanban-style view of your sales pipeline. Each column represents a stage in your team's funnel, and each card represents an opportunity (a contact moving through your pipeline). Drag and drop cards between stages, filter by dozens of criteria, search for specific contacts, and manage your pipeline in real time.

How to Access

  • Navigate to Opportunities (or Funnels) in the sidebar menu.
  • Available to all roles. Team members see opportunities based on their team membership.

Interface Overview

The page is divided into:

  1. Filter Sidebar (left, toggleable): A collapsible panel with advanced filters.
  2. Board Header: Team selector, search bar, filter toggle, quick-filter icons, export button, add new button, and help.
  3. Kanban Board: Horizontal columns, one per stage, each containing vertically scrollable opportunity cards.

Each column has:

  • Header: Stage name, opportunity count, and percentage of total.
  • Deal Amount Row: Total deal value for this stage (if deal amounts are enabled).
  • Opportunity Cards: Scrollable list of individual opportunities.
  • Column Menu (three dots): Batch operations for all opportunities in this stage.

Opportunity Cards

Each card shows:

  • Contact name (clickable to open the conversation profile)
  • Unread message badge (if there are unread messages)
  • Three-dot menu with Delete action
  • Assigned agent avatar (or a warning icon if unassigned)
  • Follow-up date (highlighted in red if past due)
  • Unanswered indicator icon
  • Last activity time (relative, e.g., "2 hours ago")
  • Deal amount (if enabled)

FAQ

Q: Can I drag an opportunity to a stage in a different team? A: No, drag and drop only works between stages within the same team. Use batch operations or the opportunity's quick edit controls to move between teams.

Q: Why are some opportunity cards showing a yellow warning icon instead of an avatar? A: This means the opportunity is unassigned -- no team member has been assigned as the owner.

Q: What does the red calendar icon on a card mean? A: The opportunity has a follow-up date that has already passed. It is past due and needs attention.

Q: Is the export affected by my filters? A: Yes, the export includes only the opportunities that match your current filter criteria.
