Marketing Campaigns Report
Overview
The Marketing Campaigns report tracks the performance of your broadcast and marketing campaigns. View message volumes over time, see how individual campaigns are performing, and drill down into the specific conversations generated by each campaign. This report helps you measure the ROI of your marketing outreach.
How to Access
- Navigate to Reports in the sidebar menu.
- Select the Marketing Campaigns tab.
- Only visible to Marketing Admin and Global Admin roles.
Interface Overview
The page has three sections:
- Date range picker (top): Filter the reporting period.
- Campaign chart and stats: A column chart showing message volume over time, with a total messages count.
- Campaign cards (bottom): A grid of individual campaign cards showing title, description, image, and click count.
- Drill-down table: Detailed message list for the selected time period.
Features & Actions
Change Date Range
What it does: Filters all campaign data to the selected period.
Steps:
- Click the date range picker at the top.
- Select start and end dates.
- The chart, totals, and campaign cards refresh automatically.
View Campaign Volume Chart
What it does: Shows a column chart of campaign message volume over time.
Details:
- Header shows the total message count for the period.
- Click on a bar to drill down to individual conversations for that time period.
Important notes:
- If campaign reporting is not enabled for your plan, the total will show as blurred placeholder text with an upgrade prompt.
Drill Down into Campaign Messages
What it does: When you click a bar in the chart, the detail table below updates to show the individual conversations generated during that period.
Details:
- Table columns: contact avatar, contact name, date, message preview, and a conversation viewer button.
- Scroll down to load more results (infinite scroll).
Important notes:
- Requires Enterprise tier. Lower plans see an upgrade notification.
View Individual Campaign Performance
What it does: Each campaign is displayed as a card at the bottom of the page.
Card details:
- Title: Campaign name
- Description: Campaign message text (formatted with WhatsApp styling)
- Image: Campaign media (if an image was included)
- Message count: Number of messages generated by this campaign
- UTM link: An external link icon that opens the campaign's tracking URL in a new tab
Important notes:
- If campaign reporting is not enabled for your plan, the message count on each card will be blurred.
Fields Reference

Important Notes
- Campaign reporting availability depends on your subscription tier. If not enabled, metrics are hidden behind blurred placeholders.
- The Marketing Campaigns tab is only visible to users with the Marketing Admin or Global Admin role.
- The chart grouping (day/week/month/quarter/year) is determined automatically based on the date range.
FAQ
Q: Why can't I see the Marketing Campaigns tab? A: This tab is restricted to Marketing Admin and Global Admin roles. Contact your account administrator.
Q: Why are the numbers blurred? A: Campaign metrics are blurred if your subscription plan does not include campaign reporting. Upgrade to the Enterprise plan to unlock full metrics.
Q: What does the external link icon do on each campaign card? A: It opens the campaign's UTM tracking URL in a new browser tab, allowing you to verify the landing page or tracking parameters.
