AI Agents
Overview
AI Agents are intelligent virtual assistants powered by large language models. Each agent can be configured with a unique personality, instructions, knowledge base, and set of tools. Agents can hold natural conversations with customers, answer questions based on your documents and catalogs, schedule appointments, route conversations to human agents, and much more. This page lets you create, view, and manage your AI agents.

FAQ
Q: How many agents can I create? A: There is no hard limit on the number of agents. You can create separate agents for different purposes (sales, support, scheduling, etc.).
Q: Can I use the same knowledge base for multiple agents? A: Yes. Documents and catalogs are managed centrally, and each agent selects which sources to use.
Q: Where do I assign an agent to a messaging channel? A: Agents are connected to channels through Workflows. Create a workflow with an "AI Agent" step and assign it to the desired channel.
