Agent Prompt Configuration
Overview
The Instructions tab is where you define your AI agent's personality, behavior, and conversational style. The prompt builder organizes your agent's instructions into structured sections (such as greeting, style, company info, objectives, and tasks). Each section can be edited individually, and the system provides examples and recommendations to help you write effective prompts. You can also use AI-powered prompt review to automatically improve your instructions.
