Locations
Overview
Locations represent the physical or virtual places where your services are offered. Each location has its own operating hours and can be associated with one or more services. If your business has multiple branches, each one is configured as an independent location.
How to access
- Navigate to Scheduling > Locations (first tab in the sidebar navigation).
- Required roles: Bookings Administrator or higher.
Interface overview
The Locations section shows:
- Location list — Table with all active locations showing name, address, and timezone.
- Add button — To create a new location.
- Row actions — Edit or delete each location.
Features and actions
Create a new location
What it does: Adds a new branch or service venue.
Steps:
- Click the + or Add button at the top.
- Fill in the form fields:
- Name (required): Descriptive name (e.g., "Downtown Clinic", "North Branch").
- Timezone (required): Select the location's IANA timezone (e.g., "America/Mexico_City").
- Address, City, State, Country, Zip Code: Optional location data.
- Phone and Email: Optional contact information.
- Click Save.
Edit a location
What it does: Modifies the details of an existing location.
Steps:
- Click the edit icon (pencil) on the location's row.
- Modify the necessary fields.
- Click Save.
Delete a location
What it does: Soft-deletes a location.
Steps:
- Click the delete icon (trash) on the row.
- Confirm the deletion.
Important notes:
- You cannot delete a location that has active services assigned. You must first unassign the location from services or delete the services.
Configure operating hours
What it does: Sets the hours when the location is open for each day of the week.
Steps:
- Open the location in edit mode.
- Go to the Operating Hours tab.
- For each day of the week (Monday through Sunday):
- Mark whether the day is Closed or open.
- If open, set the Start Time and End Time.
- Click Save.
Important notes:
- Location operating hours are the basis for availability calculations. Providers cannot have schedules outside the location's range.
- A maximum of 7 records are allowed (one per day of the week).
- Start time must be before end time.

FAQs
Q: Can I have multiple locations? A: Yes, you can create as many locations as you need. Each one has its own hours and associated services.
Q: What if my business only has one location? A: Create a single location. All your services will be associated with it.
Q: Do operating hours affect the existing calendar? A: No. Location operating hours only affect the scheduling system (availability calculations for bookings). The personal calendar works independently.
